Embellishments on the tutu and cape don't "shed". You'll never have to worry about glitter trailing all over the place!
The inside of the headband is lined with Gold satin ribbon for comfort and the outside of the band is decorated with Gold glitter (the glitter doesn't shed!).
To keep tutu and cape in tip top shape, it is recommended to hand wash and hang dry (though some mama's have thrown them in the wash with no problem!)
